In order to allow us to plan, all cancellations must be made by a week before to receive a 100% refund.  All cancellations made after a week before will not be refunded. (Ex. If in-service is held on Monday, October 12th, the last day to cancel is Monday, October 5th.)

If your child attends 3 or more days of after school in the same week of an in-service day then your account will be adjusted to $15, prior to a payment being drafted on the following Tuesday. Please keep in mind that we unfortunately do not offer the ASD1 teacher discount for in-service days.

All in-service days will be held at the Powdersville YMCA and will operate from 7am-6pm.
